Create impact in iGaming – your designs shape the experience The world of interactive entertainment is evolving at lightning speed. At BetCity – part of Entain – we’re leading that change. Through innovation, technology, and creativity, we deliver excitement and engagement to hundreds of thousands of players in the Netherlands every day. And we do this together with talented people like you. As a Digital Designer, you’ll bring the BetCity brand to life visually – from banners and social media posts to campaigns, apps, and beyond.

About the role

You are the creative force behind our digital marketing assets. Whether it’s banner sets, social posts, emails, or promotions in our app – you make sure everything looks sharp, consistent, and unmistakably BetCity. Working in a team of 5, you’ll take our visual communication to the next level and turn fresh ideas into creations seen by millions. As a Digital Designer, you create and refine digital marketing assets such as social media posts, BetCity brand materials, banner sets, emails, and promotions for the website and (mobile) app. In addition to execution, you will work on concept development, actively contributing ideas on how projects are creatively brought to life and how the BetCity brand is strengthened. Together with designers, motion designers, stakeholders and marketers, you ensure a consistent and engaging visual experience across all channels.

How you do it

Design & production: Create digital marketing materials, including social media posts, banner sets, emails, and promotions for the website and (mobile) app.
Scalability & efficiency: Build templates and reusable formats in tools like Bannerflow, Smartly and HTML email design, ensuring scalability and consistency across campaigns.
Innovation & improvement: Proactively suggest creative improvements, experiment with new formats, and identify ways to make the design process smarter and more efficient.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure visuals and messaging reinforce each other.
Storytelling: Explain and defend your design choices convincingly to both creative and non-creative colleagues.
Continuous development: Stay up to date with the latest developments in design, online advertising, and social media to keep your work innovative and relevant.

Teamwork: Align regularly with your team lead and colleagues to prioritize projects and balance speed with quality.

Competences

Strong design skills (digital first)
Create the bridge between software and design
High creativity and eye for detail
Accuracy in execution and version control
Problem-solving ability, especially under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills to justify and sell your ideas

Knowledge & Experience

2+ years of relevant work experience in graphic or digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Experience with Bannerflow, Smartly, HTML email design and Figma is a big plus.
Understanding of digital marketing and how design influences conversion and engagement.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their creative specifications.
