Role overview

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Support / Local Administrator who will take full ownership of local office IT operations. This includes onboarding/offboarding, access management, asset tracking, license oversight, and support for a wide range of tools and systems. The role will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors and play a key role in the migration to a new environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support for local office employees, focusing on workplace technology and infrastructure.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding for platforms including: Google Workspace, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Slack, Asana, Miro, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
  • Reset MFA and manage user credentials across systems.
  • Maintain and assign access to shared emails and distribution lists.
  • Oversee asset management of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure proper lifecycle management.
  • Handle software license renewals and evaluate bundling with Entain.
  • Procure required local hardware and software.
  • Administer office network including LAN, WiFi, VPN, network printers.
  • Oversee local servers, alarm system, and smart building access.
  • Collaborate with global IT and security teams for system alignment and VPN/server infrastructure.
  • Act as point of contact with service vendors.
  • Maintain internal IT documentation and user guides.
  • Support internal and external audits regarding security and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience with endpoint management systems (Intune or JAMF).
  • Proficient in Microsoft EntraID, Teams, and Office 365.
  • Familiar with macOS and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience with Jira or similar IT ticketing systems.
  • Basic scripting capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate tasks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Independent, highly responsible, and proactive approach to IT operations.
  • Detail-oriented, with a structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
