About the Role
This is not a traditional brand role.Because of Dutch advertising laws, we can’t rely on TV, sponsorships, or outdoor campaigns — which means our entire brand experience is digital. That’s where you come in. You’ll develop and optimize end-to-end digital brand campaigns that push creative and strategic boundaries. Working closely with our online marketing and BI teams, you’ll blend brand storytelling with performance insights to elevate BetCity’s visibility and impact across every digital touchpoint.Key Responsibilities
- Strategize & execute digital brand campaigns across YouTube, display, video, and social to drive awareness and engagement.
- Manage media partnerships with leading Dutch publishers and networks — ensuring alignment, performance, and innovation.
- Own the brand media plan: define objectives, allocate budgets, and connect audience insights with brand goals.
- Develop measurement frameworks and run Brand Lift tests to quantify awareness and consideration impact.
- Analyze and optimize campaign results — translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Lead the brand testing roadmap: work with Online Marketing Specialists to A/B test creatives, placements, and targeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data, and performance teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital media, platforms, and technology to continuously innovate our brand marketing.
- Own the relationship with our Brand Tracking agency — ensuring awareness and consideration KPIs are consistently monitored and improved.
Your Skills & Experience
Professional Knowledge
- Deep understanding of cross-channel digital media strategy (video, display, social).
- Skilled in media planning, buying, and optimization for reach, frequency, and efficiency.
- Proven relationship builder with publishers, agencies, and platform partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement (CPMs, CTRs, VTRs, ROAS, Brand Lift).
- Strong collaboration skills with creative teams to develop high-impact assets.
- Budget management experience with solid financial acumen.
- Familiarity with attribution models and optimization for awareness & consideration campaigns.
Background
- Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience in online brand marketing.
- At least 2 years in brand strategy or digital marketing roles.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus).
- Hands-on experience with Meta, YouTube, and other brand campaign platforms.
Bonus Points
- Experience in iGaming, sports, or fast-paced B2C industries.
- Knowledge of marketing mix modeling (MMM) or advanced attribution.
